Invigilo partners with Aespada to integrate AI-driven safety with AespadaDMS, automating truck check-ins, arrival alerts, and tracking turnaround times for efficient construction logistics.

Invigilo has announced a partnership with Aespada, to accelerate the integration of Invigilo’s proprietary construction safety AI system with AespadaDMS.
This solution will automatically identify and check-in incoming trucks with valid approval, afterwards disseminating a notification of arrival to the relevant stakeholders. As such, this removes the need for human presence on-site to manually monitor and update the delivery status, while also facilitating communication of information between different parties.
Another feature that this solution offers, which goes a step above current practices, is the recording of turnaround time. With this documentation, stakeholders are able to quantitatively track productivity, and hence are able to make necessary adjustments. This system can be used in several different types of projects spanning various terrains, like reclamation sites, clearance land sites, and also construction sites with limited manpower resources.
About Aespada:
Aespada is a Singapore-based Construction Technology company with the vision to Accelerate the Digitalization of Material Logistics for the Built Environment.
The solution was conceptualized in Nanyang Technological University, Singapore by Co-founders Jean Christophe Li and Charles Ng, and fine tuned by Industry experts.
AespadaDMS is an On-Site Construction Logistics Management system which helps Main Contractors to schedule, manage and track their incoming deliveries to the construction sites.

People drifting under suspended loads during lifts is one of the most common—and preventable—risks in manufacturing. AI video analytics can detect when someone enters the exclusion zone during active lifting and alert supervisors in real time. Start with one high-traffic lifting bay, enforce a simple rule, and fix the patterns that keep pulling people into the danger zone.

Barricades get moved during work and often aren't restored fast enough—leaving edges, shafts, and openings exposed. AI video analytics on existing CCTV can detect missing barricades in real time and alert supervisors before someone gets hurt. Start with two or three hotspots, prove the loop works, then expand.

Access control stops people at the door—not inside restricted areas where real risks happen. By drawing intrusion zones on existing CCTV, AI detects red-zone entry in real time and alerts supervisors before incidents escalate. Start with one high-consequence zone, tune for accuracy, and build a response loop that actually prevents repeats.
