This page shows you how the number is built before you ever speak to us, so the conversation starts honest. Four factors set it, a free trial on your own footage proves it, and the quote comes fast.
Invigilo is a subscription. There is no per-user seat pricing, no charge for alerts, and no separate fee for reports. The subscription scales with what the system actually watches.
The biggest factor. A site watching 8 cameras costs less than a site watching 40. You choose which cameras matter; there is no obligation to connect every camera you own.
Each site carries its own deployment. Multi-site programmes are priced as a programme, not as a stack of single sites.
PPE only is lighter than PPE plus vehicle proximity plus work at height plus exclusion zones. You start with the risks in your risk register and can widen later without new hardware.
Edge, on-premise or hybrid. Fully on-premise deployments carry different infrastructure than hybrid ones, and data residency requirements shape which one fits.
What is always included: the detection models, tuning on your own footage, alerts to WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, Telegram and email, the dashboard, evidence clips, and support. If it is in the platform, it is in the subscription.
You do not have to take our word for any of this. Send us recorded footage from your own cameras, the ordinary CCTV you already have, and we run our detection on it. You see exactly what the system would have caught on your site, on your footage, before you spend anything.
No hardware, no installation, no commitment. If the results do not convince your safety team, you have lost nothing but the time it took to export a video file. If they do, a standard site goes live within 24 hours of camera access.
The honest way to evaluate this category is to put the subscription next to what a single serious incident costs: the stop-work order, the investigation, the programme delay, the insurance conversation that follows, and the tender questionnaires that ask about your record for the next three years.
Our customers measured what changed when the cameras started watching: an HDB estate construction project in Singapore saw 60% fewer safety incidents, and a global logistics operator saw 80% fewer incidents on its monitored warehouse risks. Those numbers came from their own records, not our marketing.
The system also does work that never shows up in an incident count: it gives supervisors eight times more safety observations than manual patrols, and every one arrives with a clip attached, which changes what a toolbox talk can do.
Because two sites with the same headcount can need very different systems. A 10-camera warehouse and a 40-camera worksite with on-premise requirements are different projects. What we promise instead: tell us cameras, sites and risks, and you get a clear figure quickly.
Yes. You export recorded video from your existing cameras, we run detection on it and walk your team through what it found. It is the fastest way for both sides to find out if this is worth doing.
Standard deployments connect to any camera with an RTSP stream, which covers almost every modern CCTV installation. Where a fully on-premise setup needs an edge server, that appears in the quote up front.
Everything the platform does: detection models, site-specific tuning, real-time alerts, dashboard, evidence clips, reporting and support. No per-seat charges and no per-alert charges.
Tell us your camera count, sites and the risks that keep you up at night. We come back with a clear figure, fast.
