Phases one to three can happen within 24 hours when your cameras are reachable. The clock starts when we can see your streams, not when a contract is signed. Tuning takes the weeks that follow, because it depends on your real site conditions.
The first week is noisy by design: generic rules watch everything while the system learns your site, and that noise is what tuning works on. From there the arc is consistent. False alerts fall, response gets faster, behaviour shifts, and across sites and months the programme starts predicting risk instead of counting incidents.
