Built for your IT and privacy review

On site, hybrid or cloud: you choose where each part runs. Continuous video is processed on site and only events leave it. Face recognition stays off unless you switch it on.

What travels where, in the usual hybrid set-up

  1. On your site

    Your cameras

Existing IP cameras over RTSP or ONVIF. With on-site processing, continuous video never leaves the site network.

  2. On your site

    Server in the site office

The models run here. Faces can be blurred per camera before anything is stored.

  3. Leaving the site

    Events only

A frame, a short clip, the camera and the time.

  4. In your region

    Dashboard and reports

Hosted on Microsoft Azure in the region you choose, with clips deleted on your schedule.

Hybrid

The usual choice. AI on site, dashboard and reporting hosted in your region.

On site only

Fully on-premise for closed networks, remote oil and gas and offshore assets. Detection keeps working without internet.

Cloud

Cloud-hosted processing for well-connected sites.

Controls your IT team will ask about

The certificate, data flows and questionnaire answers your reviewers ask for.

ISO/IEC 27001:2022

Privacy by design

Invigilo flags a missing harness without establishing whose it is. Faces, bodies and backgrounds can be blurred per camera.

Face recognition off by default

An optional module, switched on only if you decide. A videoless mode deletes images and video automatically after data collection.

Reports by area and condition

Invigilo reports by area, crew and condition, and does not rank individual workers.

Personal data handling is designed to meet the PDPA in Singapore and the GDPR.

Questions IT reviewers ask first

Where the video goes, what runs on site, what is switched off by default, and what the certificate covers.

Does our video leave the site?

Continuous video is processed on a server in the site office. Only events leave, as a frame and short clip with the camera and time. The dashboard runs on Microsoft Azure in your region, and clips can be deleted on your schedule.

Can you deploy on-premise?

Yes. Invigilo runs at the edge, fully on-premise, or hybrid, with AI on site and the dashboard on Microsoft Azure in your own region, which is how data residency requirements are met.

What if the site has poor internet, or none?

Detection runs on the server on site and keeps working without internet, which is how it runs offshore and on remote sites. Records hold on site until the link returns.

Do you support facial recognition?

Face recognition is an optional module, off by default and switched on only if you decide. Safety detection reads the condition in frame without identifying the person.

Do workers need to be told, and does it score them?

Yes. As with any CCTV, the site tells workers the cameras are used for safety, and we help with the briefing. Invigilo reports by area, crew and condition and does not rank individual workers. Faces, bodies and backgrounds can be blurred per camera.

Are you ISO 27001 certified?

Yes. Invigilo is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, certificate 721055, initial certification 7 February 2025, scoped to the provision of information technology consultancy.
