Frequently asked questions

Who qualifies as an Invigilo partner?

System integrators, security and ELV contractors, safety consultancies, camera and VMS providers, and EHS software companies. The common thread is clients in high-risk industries: construction, oil and gas, manufacturing, mining, marine and logistics. You do not need prior AI experience; you need client trust and delivery discipline.

Which regions are open for partners?

Deployments run across Asia Pacific and the Middle East today, with active expansion in Australia, Japan and the Gulf. Those regions are the current priority for new partners, and other regions are reviewed case by case. If you have a strong client base in a market we have not entered, that is a reason to talk, not a reason to wait.

What are the technical requirements?

Any camera with an RTSP stream works, including ONVIF-compliant CCTV, so clients keep the cameras they already own. SafeKey integrates with VMS platforms such as Milestone and Genetec, and alerts are delivered through Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Telegram and email. Deployments run at the edge, on-premise or hybrid, and there is no facial recognition anywhere in the platform.

How long until we can take a deal to a client?

Enablement is built to make your team demo-ready within the first month. Once a client signs, a standard site is operational within 24hr of camera access, which means your first reference deployment can exist within weeks of joining the program.
